Incredible (and totally unnecessary) service when I came to pick up my vehicle during a cold rain--Tanya drove the car to the front, was warming it up, then wanted to highlight all the work--even though the rain was falling...as were the temperatures. Not required by me, but highly professional. well done.

Service King is far and above the very best body shop in Austin. From the receptionist to the inspector of my car. Plus I received updates on my car repairs each day it was there. If anyone takes their car to another body shop, they have made a huge mistake. It doesn't get any better than Service King.

Although Service King did everything you could and 3 damaged bumpers were out of your immediate control, it is not pleasant for a customer to be affected by your bumper suppliers. I'd suggest higher standards for your supplier, or find a new supplier.
