I have never had to deal with this kind of thing before. I didn't know where to go or who to call. Once I was recommended Service Kings I handed over my car and of course was stress out about the whole situation. To my surprise I had the best experience there. They are kind, great people. I was updated regularly. Almost daily! They explained everything in terms I understood and could have done a better job!

Once the care made it to Service King, I felt reassured that repairs were proceeding. I received frequent updates which saved me the necessity of having to call in and check on its progress. So even though I did not talk to Service Manager Billy Parker, I felt like I was informed. When an additional 2 day delay developed, I was informed of the completion date right away. So far the repair and functionality of the repaired part of the car appears to be adequate. I did get a check engine light while driving the car home, turned out to be an oxygen sensor. Overall very satisfied with repair and service by Service King.
