The main part of my repair was to replace a door handle. The first thing I noticed was that there were bubbles in the paint on the door handle. We'd already turned in our rental car and my 87 year old mom paid inside before seeing the door. I brought it Daniels attention and he said he'd order a new door handle and have it painted but I don't have that in writing. I just don't know how you justify charging me and my insurance company 1800 for such a botched job. Or how could you turn it over and say the job was finished when clearly it wasn't.

I did not appreciate them losing my key fob and then trying to give me my car back without telling me. Obviously they are going to get it replaced but it should have been done while the car was in the shop and I already had a rental. Now I will just be wasting more of my time.
