I couldn't comment enough on the superior level of customer service I received at the Round Rock location. From the moment I walked in through the door, I was greeted warmly, offered something to drink and taken care of quickly and professionally. Chris was excellent in keeping me updated with the status of my repairs once it began and really courteous when I returned to pick up my vehicle once repairs were complete. Someone at Service King (north Austin) stole all the money (2 and change) from my ash tray. The value of the money is not the issue. It the fact your business and staff can not be trusted. If I can't trust you with 2, how can I trust you did the repairs correctly?
