I didn’t even know this company existed. Not only was my car ready a day early, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Cas and the receptionist were amazing. She knew everything about your company and how to do each role. She did the initial estimate, while Cas was busy, then he stepped in and completed everything. He was very knowledgeable about my car and the repairs. Both went above and beyond to insure I was satisfied . Excellent customer service from the entire team.

Overal the experience wirh Service King was great. However, there are two things about my experience that unfortunately left me with a bad taste. For one, my antenna was missing and it wasn't until I got home that I noticed it. Who knows where it could be now. Secondly, an issue of ethics. I had loose coins in a change holder that was full. Upon opening this coing holder I noticed all my quarters but one were missing. Assuming is never ethical so I may never know what happened. Other than that the paint job looks spot on. Frank was pleasant, polite and professional.

I appreciate the speedy service, not that they were quick, but it seemed as though they were well orchestrated at managing time and transitions. I also really appreciate that they washed the car and cleaned the insides, including the windows. That was a nice touch.
