Ray **** was great. He was nice and friendly. He kept me informed of the status during the whole repair process. He was patient and answered all my questions. He made sure everything was taken care.

My car is not fully repaired and I was asked to do things that need to be done by staff. They were insistent that I pick my car up and then as I am down the highway called me to bring it back to have a suspension piece repairs, only to call me later that day and say no the part isn’t there. My side mirror that was replaced distorts what’s behind me, it is not correct and there was compound and a mess left in my car to which I was told that I could clean it myself and there were two scuffs that were not repaired. So no, I am not happy at all.

everything on truck body was fine except that your guys swap a rim from accident side which is on driver side to passenger side which I believe its just plain wrong.My rims are brand new and its crazy to say that the rim on accident doesn't even have one single scratch on it but now the one on the passenger side has 2 big scratches on it that I personally pin point it to my wife and told about the scratches on the rim as soon as we got out of vehicle to inspect the damages.I have pictures of damages and here comes your guy and tells me that we hit a curve.makes me look like a dumbass.but since my wifes name was in the report it was easy for you guys to swap the rim out so she won't notice you got mistakenly caught which I think is very disrespectful.Also I wouldn't had a problem with rim being scratched and thing they did is what pissed me off,sorry for being rude but put your self in my situation and then tell if Im wrong.
