Process was easy. Service writer called hertz to deliver my rental and pick it up. I was in and out both drop off and pick up within 30 min. I will be using them again for any future repairs!

As I looked at the work I pointed out to Jessie several areas that were not repaired to my satisfaction. Jessie took pictures of the areas on my car! I will now need to bring it back in. I should have left the car until repaired because I will need a rental unless the insurance company that paid for the repairs will pay for the rental which is very doubtful. It's very disappointing!
