Well, nothing can be said but excellent service All repairs was done with details in mind the only reason that I chose tyis location is just because my cousin told me that he had a good experience at this Leander location. So basically it's just a word of mouth, and I will keep that word of mouth rolling. Original delivery date was ****/29. Received text morning of ****/29 stating everything was progressing as planned. Call at 4 to see if car is ready, am informed a part has not arrived and car will not be ready until 2/****. Call at 4 on 2/**** to see if car is ready, am informed that they’re painting part and will not be ready until 2/2. Missed deadlines and no one contacted me with updates. I had call to get this information. Not well done. I’m contacting my insurance company to inform them of the poor customer service.

All I need is my windshield replaced which will happen this week but I have to say I’m huge on customer service and from the moment I walked in they had smiles a greeting very attentive and eager to help! (This was just walking in the door to the reception desk! Then Jessica came out and again huge smile very pleasant and extremely attentive. She explained the process we walked out to the vehicle I told her where all the impact was and she said great I’m going to take some pictures and then she said it’s really cold outside I will take care of this and you can wait inside where it’s warm! WOW she then guides me to her desk and explains the process throughly give me the estimate expains it will go to the insurance and let’s me know when to drop off and she is sincere with me and says sorry this happened but we will get you taken care of and she never rushed and answered everything or would say let me look into that for you. When I came to drop off my vehicle again greeted with a smile good morning and she said my name (so what if it was easy because we have the same name she still remembered it and even if she peaked who was her first appt it means she was prepared) and then genius that enterprise is in the same building!! Just walked over and he was also happy smiling and greeted me let me know what was available what my insurance would cover and bam looked around the vehicle for dents or scratches and he gave me the keys. (Quick and easy) ok and there is more Because I still need to transfer my items from my car to the rental and while I was with enterprise Jessica had moved my car under the covered area so that I didn’t get wet or had to do it myself. Everything I mentioned matters so much to a customer. I loved the up to date text messages on the progress of the repair i never has to call and it was convenient because I could be in a meeting and read the text and not have to hear a voicemail or call back. Now I know why the name of this place is “SERVICE KING” I read Service King philosophy and it’s on point! At least the Leander Texas location, I will always speak of this to anyone looking for a repair shop and I will be writing this review in other areas like google and yelp! Thank you USAA for partnering with them! Jessica was the best! Everyone strive to be her because she nailed it! Jessica
