After the body work was done I picked up my truck. A few miles away my low oil light and shut off engine light came on. I made it home. The service guy came out and check oil. There was barely any oil on tip of dipstick. I have no oil leaks and oil just replaced few months earlier. Also a new leak in antifreeze overflow that I never had before. He said we didn’t touch those parts and didn’t want to accept responsibility. I disagree and so does my driveway because if it had before you touched it, it would be all over my driveway. Where did all the oil go and how does a overflow crack a leak itself. I will never do business with service king again.

The repair ended up taking twice as long as originally estimated. This in itself was although annoying understandable, the problem came when we didn't get updates until it was supposed to be time to pick it up and I called. There were several times I called and was told they needed to get more information to update me and that they would call me back later that day to update me, I never got a call back and had to call several times before actually getting an update.
