Customer service was great especially Joey. He want above and beyond, because he got his hands dirty and touch up on my vehicle close to closing hours. I really appreciate that Joey and the manager was very nice and approve for the touch up to be done, thank you guys!

My car looked absolutely great. Within 100 yards of leaving Service King I felt that something was wrong with my car and my tire pressure light came on. After pulling over I found a screw in both rear tires of my car and had to immediately take my car into Discount Tire to get each tire fixed.
I was told my car was driven and checked for any issues and that was obviously not the case.

While I understand it may be a busy industry, I felt it was unnecessary to wait a month to be told that it would take an additional month in order to repair the vehicle. My vehicle was transferred several times over the course of a week to different locations, at one point it was "unknown" where my vehicle was. It is understandably distressing to hear "I don't know where your vehicle is". Furthermore if it was going to take this long to begin fixing the vehicle, then I would have brought it in when it was necessary to avoid the cost of the rental vehicle that I have been required to pay for out of pocket. I'm afraid I can not recommend the care nor the customer service of service king to family friends nor coworkers.
