I went to Service King because I was in a wreck and my car was stalling and driving sluggish. I made that abundantly clear both times I talked with the representative face to face. My car had some visible fender damage but that was not my main concern. They never checked to see what was causing my car to run the way it was he gave me me some lame excuse of why they didn't but once again I made it perfectly clear to him and the gentleman who came outside to look at my car. They repaired the outside damage but that defeats the purpose now I have a car that looks good but not working properly. Not satisfied at all.
