The bumper was repaired but the small rock chips on the hood that I was told would be taken care of were forgot about and the small dint in my gas cap was also forgot about when I was told they would try to pop it out. I thought these few things would be taken care of since I was a returning customer paying cash without insurance.

In the world we live in today, people don’t like to take responsibility for their actions. The **** forgot to buff part of my car, I took it back and showed Edward, he asked that I wait in the sitting area and took off with my car. When he came back he apologized and said the **** said he completely forgot and also apologized. I appreciated the fact that he was honest and took responsibility for it instead of trying to put it on someone else or claim he didn’t do it or it wasn’t his fault. Which honestly I thought when he brought my car back to me, he was gonna have some excuse. I can respect someone owning up to forgetting and fixing the problem then someone who blames others and doesn’t want to fix a problem. From that experience alone, your company has earned my respect. Integrity is so important to me!
Edward was also very diligent at keeping me posted on my car.
