Appreciated how well I was kept up to date on the progress of work being done.

It was a good experience.

Car was nice and clean. It looks way better then when I brought it in. Doane is awesome!!!

You couldn't ask for a better person than Edward to take care of your repair. He pays attention to details, even the smallest ones. But I'll tell you what made it a better experience, and that was his word. If he tells you he's going to call you by such and such a time, set your watch. I thought I was calling after the time agreed upon. Not only was I wrong, but when I called, he answered on the 1st ring, AND said hello Frank, which really caught me off guard..!

I agreed to use NEW aftermarket parts, for you only provide warraty if use them, but when I called and asked why my truck had not moved **** week later, you said the USED parts came in and were not good. I said I never agreed to used ( chop shop ) parts and you kept saying it was Alstate policy that after market parts were also used. We talked specifically when I came in that I only wanted NEW parts. So, a week is wasted, you order a new aftertmarket part and I get a call on the following Friday, parts are in and will be put on over week-end and truck will go to paint shop on Monday. I go by on Monday and truck still has not been touched. ( well the tailgate is off and the bumper removed ) Not ready for Paint as I was told. Talked to Manager and she said little to nothing on anything, But said it would be ready on Friday. On Wednesday, I get a call and they say I am going to Paint and was bumped to head of line since I had problems, I asked when I would get Truck, expecting Thursday since that would be sooner than what Manager said, but Nope, said I'll get it on friday. Soooo on Friday at 5:04 PM I get call that truck is ready. I go to pick it up, and paint looks good, but Backup camera not connected and the Anti-Lock light says its not working. So I have to bring it back for more wonderful service.

Mr. Edward Carmark is an expierience gentleman that helped us to go trough the process and informed us of every detail that happen to the car while in repair... we are thankful with him and if you ever have to go to Service King ask for him as he will take good care of your vehicle.

Absolutely loved the caring attitude by this service center. I was always explained the step by step process. The ability to rent a vehicle was also dealt by smart, caring staff. Everything went smoothly and the car looks brand new. Thanks Service King!

Vehicle wasn’t finished when it was supposed to be then on the day of pickup it had missing trim pieces inside the vehicle. The interior was very dusty like the windows were left open and most importantly there’s dirty hand prints on the head liner in numerous places along with marks in the leather seat on the passenger front seat not to mention several cut marks in the dash, drivers door and the center console(it appears someone drove the vehicle with a pocket knife or something sharp in their pocket. Overall very disappointed!! This vehicle is a Cadillac SRX, it didn’t go to the shop in this condition so why did we get it back in this condition. Very disappointed!!!
