I feel like my van was thrown together at the last minute,and making sure every effort wasn't taken in making sure everything was lined up properly, and furthermore my accessory box which sit in the middle of the 2- front seats was missing out of my van; and I have waited for a follow up call for which I haven't received yet. That accessory box needs to be replaced. The box has been in my van every since I purchased my van brand new in 2008;and the accessory box was in my van when I left the shop; the day of drop off for service. The box had to be removed in order to VACCUUM that area. Please get back with me ASAP! Customer service from the beginning was below par. The feeling of customer satisfaction was bad. I rejected my car because it looked worst then when it came in. It was repaired a gained and when I took it this time the front end was shaking like crazy. If your company actually took the time in investigate the problem instead of turning a car quick we would be good. FYI do not ASSUME a insurance company will not pay for other scratches or dents because the previous insurance didn't do it. My insurance does pay because I asked.
