I was given an estimate of 3 days. They had my car over 30 days, but when I got the car back there was additional damage to an area unrelated to the original collision. This required additional days to repair that damage.

When they put bumper back on paint was chipped. It looks like there is a thin film of paint on the car. On old bumper there was a thick coat of paint. The reason I could tell is because there was a chip of paint missing already. The new paint job looks like you can scratch it with your finger nail. I requested additional work on the front of car and they just took out dent and did not fix the entire piece. And to make matters worse, I ran out of gas on the way to gas station. I can add additional complaints when other guy took over my claim but I am too frustrated to discuss it. I will never use service King again or never recommend to anyone.
