The representative at the front desk is amazing. I cannot remember her name . She keeps her hair cut very short. I was upset with my service and on behalf on service king she apologized even though it was not her fault and she went out of her way to get things right and let me speak to the right people. She is why I would keep bringing my car to pearland service King instead of central Houston Audi . She has awesome customer service skills and is always friendly . She makes the stressful process of getting car repairs a little more pleasant ! Thanks a bunch !

My bumper was fine but my windshield was missing a plastic piece to keep water out my windshield and my tire lock is missing out my glove box I left it there just in case they had to take my back tires off now if I have a flat I can't change my tire
