An appointment was made several weeks ahead of time and we even dropped the car off the night before we needed to. Because they did not order parts ahead of time, we had to pay two additional days for a rental car. Additionally, they did not prep the bumper correctly and it had to be repainted acuring an additional day of car rental. In all, we are out 3 days of car rental due to their negligence.
