Adam was AMAZING! He was very informative through the whole process and did everything to make sure my car was well taken care of and repaired to safety specifications. The most impressive part was always updating me regarding parts and the progress even when an important seat airbag was missed by the adjuster because of the year model of my car he put a rush to get the airbag so it could get installed and have my vehicle delivered to me. The greatest part about the team was that they got all of the repairs done in 2 weeks of work and back to me the day before 3 weeks since my accident. I am SO thankful for the customer service from this team because I have a lot of personal experience having vehicles repaired from accidents (4 accidents repaired and 3 vehicles totaled personally) and with other accidents from my husband as well this was the best experience EVER! So THANK YOU to Adam and the rest of the Pearland team!
