The only complaint I have is that the repair time was longer than expected due to the first part ordered not being a good fit and I had to keep the rental longer at my expense. The fact that Service King ordered the wrong part was not my fault yet I had to endure the expense.

Everyone was very professional and didn't take long to finish the repairs. They send weekly texts and courtesy calls updating which was very helpful. They also vacuum the inside of my car when the service was to repair the back bumper.
