There was an issue with the service rep losing my keys. He unknowingly took my keys home and left them at home on the day I was supposed to pick them up. He tried to cover up this mistake and told me the car really wasn't ready but it would be ready the next day. When I confronted him he finally admitted what he did. I understand mistakes can be made but not when he tried to cover it up and was going to make me wait another day for my car. I think he should have ****. admitted what happened; 2. At that moment gone home to get the keys. Instead he said he had things to do but he would get the keys later. Which meant I had to take additional time from work and make another trip to pick up my car. Up to that point my experience with Service King had been excellent; before that, the service rep had gone above and beyond to help me with my rental car and i really appreciated his help.

When I picked up my car this morning I had a scrape on the right front bumper area that was not there I brought it to Angeles attention when I drove home from work my car had been in the parking garage all day I noticed red paint drops on the trunk of my car that was not there before so I took it back to the service advisor today at 6:30 p.m. even though the location was close I plan on leaving negative reviews online about service King and yesterday I did notice several negative reviews on Google I am very disappointed that they did not take better caution and care with my car I do take ownership for the marks that were identified on the car when Angela used paint on my car and took pictures but she could not find the picture of the new mark from when it was first left I do not understand why my trunk of my car was wet with water and now I find that there is red paint drops ther

Alexis, my Service Technician, in Katy, TX was awesome! She was very attentive, detailed oriented and able to answer all my questions. She was by my side through the whole process. The repairs were not cheap, but I am the type of person that believes you get what you pay for, so I trusted Service King with my Cadillac CTS. Upon receiving my vehicle after the repairs, I inspected the paint job. It was excellent and my repairs were like it never happened. Service King has really stepped up their game. As for the front desk, she was professional when I entered the building and greeted me with a hand shake to properly introduce herself. A little lost with finding my receipts to take home, but it was towards the end of the day and I wasn't in a hurry. With a smile on each of their faces, I was told goodbye and exited the shop. Thank you Service King for an awesome job performance. I give them Five Stars!!!!
