I was not completely updated with accuracy as far as completion day of my vehicle. I feel i should have been told when a part is back ordered & there might be a delay BEFORE the late afternoon of when the car promised to be finished((which involved a weekend). Another part that bothers me is the extra cost of the rental car & any other added expenses that are unnecessarily being incurred by the insurance company because of these delays. (It was not a claim on my insurance company) Shouldn't the part have been ordered and then the car be scheduled for repair? When I questioned the "sales agent" about all of this he was blaming it on GM because the part was back ordered , not Service King.
Excuse me , doesn't he work for Service King??

The final cost for the repair came in at nearly 4 times the initial estimate. At no point during the process did Angela, your representative, offer any update on the potentially higher amount. She waited until I picked up the car to inform me of the actual cost. I found that extremely unprofessional and deceptive.
