****- Suggest to use a single communication channel, is a bit confuse. I received texting from 2 different sources.
2- Despite the potential issues that could face any job, communications is key and critical with clients and Ariel made a good job informing me on the spare parts, lack attention of care at the end and finally the last QA/QC painting issue. I was not happy with the news but he explained them in timely manner.

From the moment I walked into Service King, everyone was very nice! The receptionist was very inviting and made me feel right at home. Vladimir was great also; he engaged me in conversation as he looked over my SUV. He told me that my vehicle would probably not be ready until Monday but called me on Friday evening to tell me I could pick my vehicle up on Saturday. That was a welcome surprise! Overall, my experience with Service King was awesome; I will surely recommend Service King to any of my friends that need collision repair!
