I was told that I would receive a phone call from the representative on Monday. I received text messages from service king. I never received a phone call from the representative until my car was done.He left a voicemail as I didn't hear the phone.When picking up the van, I told him that I never received a call and told him that I have called ID and voice mail. He responded he called about six on Tuesday evening. Then later he said he had several people he must have missed me. Thanks
