Courtesy, timely, had information at hand, rental car company present at facility, kept me informed and updated. One of the most important thing is Richard let me know of some body work not involved in the accident, but would make the car look better and be cheaper if done at the same time as the work done to repair what was covered by the insurance. He told my this and told the cost would be my responsibility at about 225. He also agreed to work to bring that amount down and he did, down to 160. That's what I call working with your customer. Great in every way. Trust Allstate to send you to the best.
