The power steering issue with my car still isn't resolved. I was in route from Katy, Houston to DFW area and a little less than half ways the same issue transpired. Instead of heading back to Houston i drove my vehicle to another service king in Lewisville TX which is closer to home. I just want my to be fixed please.

As soon as i walked into Service King, i was greeted with a friendly smile by the ladies behind the desk — and then William came out soon after and thoroughly inspected the damage of my vehicle and asked me pertinent questions related to the accident. He then explained step by step what was going to happen and what the estimated day of completion. William called me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me updates on the car. Then when it was ready to pick up my car, i was greeted with the same pleasantries as when i first dropped off the car. William brought out my car and explained what was done and how to care for the car. From start to finish, William and the rest of the staff were professional and friendly all the way — i dont wish to get into another accident, but if and when it does happen accident or if i need car body repair, i will make sure to bring it to this location.
