Corey was great. It took a little longer to fix the car then I anticipated but Corey was very professional, kept me updated, was very informative, and eased my concerns about the repairs. I will certainly come back if I need your assistance in the future and I have already referred you to a man I met at Firestone who was looking for a collision center. I brought my van in for the original estimate on a Saturday because I was told that I did not need an appointment if I brought my van in that day. After receiving the estimate, I waited a couple of months until the time was right for me. Once the drop off time was agreed upon and I brought the van in for service, there was only one ” work change” involved in the repair. The necessary change was handled over the phone and the work was completed on time. The van was delivered to my residence upon completion and my credit card information was taken over the phone. I am a satisfied customer.
