Excellent service and attention to detail by our service rep, but the day my wife delivered the vehicle to your facility, she was irritated by the way the receptionist talked to her.

Grady **** was awesome! We never had to call because he kept us updated every Tues and Thurs. I really feel that he did everything he could to restore my sons car to its original condition. He was professional and courteous. My son is 19 and put a lot of time and some of his own money into that car. He was so happy to get his car back.
