Amazing service! I liked receiving updates on the status of my vehicle. Best thing was that the original timeline kept changing. First my car was going to take almost 2 weeks, then after a few days I was notified that the car would be ready 4 days earlier. Two days later I get a call telling me that it's complete and ready to pick up.... A full 9 days ahead of schedule. That's great service. The car looked amazing and showroom new!

They repaired the car and took good care of it. The repairs were done little sooner than they said it would take, which is a good thing. That is the exact reason why I told my insurance that I would want them to do the repairs. I do not like getting into any auto accident. But if any do happen, then I would go them first.

I was told the repair was complete Thursday and went that afternoon to pick up my car. The repairs were not complete and I was charged almost 200 dollars above my estimate. Mike did work with me to lower the price but I still ended up paying more than my estimate and it took additional days to complete the original repair job. Overall not a good experience.
