Everyone did a great job and the repairs were even finished early. I loved getting the text messages keeping us updated! My only negative comment and it isn't even an important one, but, the chairs in the customer waiting room are nasty and need to be thoroughly cleaned - I didn't even want to sit on them. Again, this is not important to our satisfaction - they did a terrific job - but I did feel you might want to know. John was super to work with.

Staff was super people friendly. Was constantly kept up to date with what was going on with my car. Completion date was spot on, and they were even a half hour early in which the pick up time was.

One scratch, probably 3-4 inches long and not deep at all. 5 and a half days, seriously, 5.5 days. Worse service I've ever seen, not sure if you were just trying to steal from the insurance company or just that inept.
