The only thing I wish that was different was that it didn’t take a month. Other than that I very happy to have my car back.

Service is EVERYTHING 'nowadays' because service stinks in most places. But I will say from the beginning to the end from the receptionist to the representative that drew up the invoice to the texts updating me about the progress - it ALL was a very good experience. The people were pleasant, helpful, and informative. And I LOVE the text updates; AWESOME idea! Whoever thot of that Cuddos!!

We took delivery of our vehicle today with 3 damaged body parts. We would have left it there but my daughter needed the vehicle this weekend. The 3 replacement parts have ordered and will hopefully be fitted on Monday 9/18. This is really poor TBH but Dustin has been so accommodating that it's hard to be mad. Finally a really annoying thing is how hard it is to get a live person on the line at the McKinney facility. Central call center approach ****! You need a new phone system or some way that allows customers a fast convenient way to contact their service advisor.
