Josh Bale was wonderful! He was very informative, considerate and compassionate as my car took almost 2 weeks to repair when it was estimated to be done earlier. Everything from the repair to the car wash seemed to take forever but I guess I was just anxious to get my car back. I did appreciate how Service King handled the whole car rental process. That was great!

I had to call twice to get the status of the repair. I picked up the car at night. Delivery of the vehicle should be done under bright lights. There was **** left on the outside of the car and small plastic pieces in the cargo area.
