Great customer service. We found a scratch on the right front bumper and one in the right front door jam that were not there when we dropped off the car. We are contacting the shop tomorrow. I have every confidence that it will be repaired but it's just a hassle of more time without the car.

I received a text message saying my car was ready, when, in fact it wasn't. I called to see if I needed to schedule a pick up time. I was told that if I rec'd a text that my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was not, in fact, ready. In the end, everyone was very nice and apologetic and my car was fixed sooner than I thought it would be. However, there is a greasy film on my windshield and driver's side window that will need to be washed off .
