It wasn't completely repaired correctly the first time and so I had to take it back in a second time which took another week. A simple check would've indicated that everything wasn't working properly. There were numerous problems with staff changes at the time. A diligent effort was made to get the repairs done properly!

The experience was largely satisfactory. The only hiccup was that it would have been good to inform me ahead of time that there was a delay in receiving parts. The automated texts with projections on when it would be finished did not match reality. Best to turn those off or modify them to provide more info so I didn't have to call the actual shop.
