Tom McILwain was responsive from start to finish. The truck looks great and there were no delays or surprises. It is really good to do business with someone you can trust to do what they say they are going to do and also do it right. I couldn't be more pleased.

We were pretty satisfied, but the inner door has a gap between the inner panel and the door. The door alignment is not 100%. The inner window of the door was left dirty, and the driver's side rear view mirror was cleaned with a dirty rag, which left a heavy film on it. Liked Harley, though.

Harley provides outstanding customer service.
I am dissatisfied at this time because one of the problems I brought the car in with, shuddering when in idle and reluctant takeoffs, was not resolved, yet the service was considered complete and the car returned to me in this state. (The exhaust pipe had been replaced.). When I brought the car right back, Harley set up another appointment and is arranging for a loaner car for me since I have already returned my rental.
