I trust service king with my vehicle repair and quality of repair done to my vehicle but I am a little dissatisfied about the communication it's stopped and updates they stopped after the estimated date of completion and I had to inquire about my vehicle after I had no update a day after the estimated day of completion, it would be very helpful to update if any delays are present to get the customer better prepared. I understand that defected parts or things out of your control occur but communication with your customer is very important.

Vehicle was delivered to me a fatal mess/ not cleaned properly/ damage to vehicle while in your care. Radio was tuned to a channel I've never heard of before. Column was left very loud. Service king needs to respect other peoples property and professionally. I had to bring truck back for device man to see damage, Ames's on and in my vehicle. Totally pathetic job!
