Auto repairs weren't complete when returned on the 14th! I rejected the auto and sent it back to Service King for completion! The paint on the driver side is rather sloppy and really unacceptable! I would like to be contacted about this work which I view as unprofessional! Thanks!Carl B

Jason was amazing thru the whole process with my insurance company being difficult. However sadly trash was left in the car, a water bottle. And it didn't look detailed on the inside, which I was told it would be, but the work that was done looks great

The vehicle was not ready when promised, it was a week and a half later. I was not informed of the delay until two days after the promised date when I called. I did not receive regular updates, I usually had to call initiate most of the status updates and was given conflicting reasons for the delays. When I finally picked up the vehicle, there were obvious scratches on the new part but I am so fed up with the run around I received that I refused to leave my vehicle with Service First any longer. We have used that location in the past and had exceptional service. I will not return to that location in the future.
