The repairs were taken care of ok. However, your employees did not call AAA like they were supposed to at the beginning to verify the reduction in deductible so when we went to pick up the car we had to pay double what we should have and deal with AAA ourselves. It was lazy and unprofessional. It caused issues with timing and money and if we have a choice in the future we will look elsewhere to have repairs done.

When I picked up the repaired truck my first impression was it looked dirty. Compound was caked in between panels and drops flung all over new bumper. The instrument panel was alerting me 2 tires were low in air. I drove off got on highway and noticed coolant guage was rising higher than normal. I exited and checked the reservoir that was completely empty. I brought truck back to service king and stated my truck is over heating. The woman said she would help me and checked my file. She then said no one removed the radiator and wanted to see the truck. I gave her the keys and she immediately said there's no check engine light on after starting the engine. Thats when I started to get annoyed.I told her there's no antifreeze in the reservoir and I just want to put some in and go. She then came back with we didn't touch that and we should go on a test drive because just because reservoir is empty doesn't mean there's no coolant in radiator. After arguing back and forth about it I said nevermind forget it I'm going to just take care of it. She then persuaded to have mechanic look at it. So she drove truck to the back and I waited for mechanic to come back from lunch. After 45 mins of waiting they brought truck back to front and said sorry we put antifreeze in and no sign of leaks. I know for a fact I checked the coolant before I took to get repaired because of the cold weather. Never had problems with it being low in last 4 years. Then when I got home under further examination the reservoir was in facted removed because the bolt was removed and reinstalled because dirty area shows a clean spot where bolt was before. Also the reservoir is loose and moves, the air filter box is not bolted down now and the hood ground wire is not bolted and hanging. I'm sure there's more when I can look in the daylight. My impression of the work was bare minimum and half ****.
