The service writer was excellent, communication was fantastic, the detailing of the vehicle, grease on the door handles etc.. Seemed like an oversight from the detailing aspect.

Our experience with Service King was great.. from the beginning, the brake down of what would take place, how long it would take and getting up dates from our service adviser and also updates through text messages, was awesome.. Good communication! We will use Service King in the future again!

To start with i was forgot in the waiting room for one hr. Then the part the got to put on my car didn't work at which I was told that it would have taken 5 minutes to put on took a hr. I made 3 trips to service king. This is not a good experience. I wouldn't recommend your company at all

After bringing the vehicle home, it was noticed that there are several areas of paint defects on the lift gate. The lift gate seems to be misaligned when looked at from the outside, along with wind noise, which was not an issue prior to the accident.
