I feel like the repairs were done well, however after leaving I noticed that the gas tank cover area was not repaired correctly. I can push on it and it pops open without it being unlocked inside the car. I will be calling to follow up on this and a possible seat belt issue as soon as they shop opens on Jam 2nd. Also, I appreciated the updates but the updates told me that my car would be finished on Jan 11th. Yet a day after one of these updates (yesterday, 12/30) I got a call saying that my car was complete. That's no problem, except I got the call less than 2 hours before the shop closes for the day while I was still at work over an hour away. I have a rental car through insurance so I did not want to be charged extra. This was stressful as I was unprepared. Thankfully someone at the shop told me I could bring the car in the next day before 1pm and not be charged an extra day.
I'm still concerned that I will be charged, and also this happened right before New Years. I had intended to go out of town (which is very good that I did not), and if I had been out of town the lack of notice before my car was done would have been a big issue.
However, even with the issues listed above I am not completely dissatisfied. The repairs done correctly look wonderful. My only concern is having to bring it back again for additional repairs, and this time without a rental car.
