Everyone was very nice and helpful

The job was not done thoroughly and attention to details was lacking. Staff enjoyed arguing and shifting the responsibilities instead of voicing my concerns. There is a reason why this location has terrible satisfaction scores and I should have followed the advice of the other clients.

We have always used this location of service king anytime either of our vehicles are hurt and have always been extremely satisfied. Ur customer service is outstanding from the receptionist thru the service reps and all in between. It's such a pleasure to work with you.

Very easy process of getting my car in for the repair and into a rental next door...The team kept me informed of progress almost more than necessary. It’s clear they are committed to overall customer satisfaction and a quality service. I would choose this location again. Not all are the same.

Stephen repaired my truck to perfection I am so pleased would give the a 10 across the board.

Appreciated all service king employees Jerod worked on my car I think Service. King. should pair up homework with a rental dealership other than enterprise. The young lady who work for enterprise only could find the time to tell me that having $25 a day to cover the rental in the car didn’t cover the cost of anything her words not mine are the same story from her about four times in the process of trying to rent a simple car just transfer me from point a to point B I was looking for a luxury car that I had to pay for your $50 a day before and she told me that most renters had about a $50 a day rental fee on their insurance and I told her I’d be sure and pass along to State. Farm and let them know that $25 a day was worthless as far she was concerned. Overall great. I got my car fixed up very nicely and I was expecting a long service but I got my car back much sooner than I thought which was awesome!
