I think this is our 3rd time to use Service King and we are always happy with the service we receive. After our first visit, we always ask the insurance companies handling our claims if we can use this same Service King.

Car was transferred to different location delaying repairs. Service advisor in grapevine left leaving me with having to track down status of vehicle repeatedly. Repairs seem fine but this was not seamless and vehicle not completed as promised. Completely unlike past experience two years ago. Service King needs to do better with transitioning staff when it affects customers directly.
