Daniel **** did an excellent job in taking care of both myself and my car. He made sure I was kept updated on everything that was being done and the time frame for the work. He even repaired damage that I was unaware of to the vehicle.

Vehicle not running the same will follow up with my insurance company. . Also, I was informed Tuesday my car repair to anticipate by Thursday and then insurance company adjuster informed me Service King told them Wednesday. Then I received text at 12pm Wednesday that my vehicle ready. I can not leave work early. So because of this I had to pay out of pocket for an extra day to Enterprise rental car and then pick up my car on Thursday as planned.Please be consistent. I felt like I was in the middle of a battle or tug-of-war between car repair(Service King) and my insurance company (MetLife), at my expense.

Great Job. The only issue I had was it took sixteen days to service my vehicle.

Very satisfied

Before my repair my vehicle was making a loud noise. After my repair my vehicle was still making the noise so I took my vehicle back and Bill said he would take care of it but after I left for the second time my vehicle is still making the noise. Not only that but my car was missing a piece to the wind shield wiper reservoir. I noticed it was missing right away but I wanted to see if he would allow me to leave with it that way, he handed me my keys and said "have a nice day". Once he said that I pointed out the missing piece and his response was "oh yeah I noticed that, let me get that for you". So not only was my first issue not resolved but now he KNOWINGLY was going to let me leave with a missing part. I called him the next day to let him know that my car was still making the noise and this time his response to me was "you know what it is right"? And I said "yes according to you it's the heating shield". He then said "well you know that's not going to hurt the car right"? Are you kidding me? My insurance just paid a huge chunk of change to fix my car and somehow I'm still leaving the place with one of the same problems I had to begin with. Just wish I had encountered someone who was eager enough to want to fix the issue the first time rather than sounding annoyed the second and third time I call to try and get my issue resolved.

The staff was helpful and friendly... I was updated every day about the work being done.

My bumper cover was repaired. The indentions from the accident were still visible. I want the bumper cover replaced, not repaired!
