Service King Grand Prairie

My lights are not lined up properly. You can tell that the left side is pointed outwards. The service time was to be 8 days...but it ended up being 13 more days. From the 8th till the 31st

I have to take it back and Then I will answer your " one simple question"!

Jamie was fantastic - from start to finish I felt confident and comfortable leaving my car in his hands due to his professionalism and great customer service. My car was finished faster than expected and looked great!

The work on my car looks great. The customer service was horrible. When I dropped off my car the Caucasian women who took my keys looked completely clueless when I was speaking to her as if I were talking another language. I forgot something in my trunk so I came back an hour later and my car was still parked in front. When I came in to give her my keys she gave me a look. Now when I came to pick up my car I signed in went to sit down and was waiting 15 mins. I was never helped so i took it upon my self to call and as for the person who was handling my case and was told he was on lunch. So I told the man i was speaking to that i was called 3 times to come pick up my car so I figured I’d be helped already. He asked if i was in the lobby and i told him yes I am and I’ve not been helped and I’ve been here 15 mins. He came out and found me and brought me my car. Also while i was waiting to be helped another women came in and was standing at the desk for i would say 8 mins and was not acknowledged. She was hispanic like i was. Some man came out from the back and asked her a few questions. After she was helped by someone in the back not by the lady at the desk. A Caucasian lady came in and the lady at the desk automatically helped her. Also my car was not finished the day i was told it would be.

I was extremely satisfied with the professional, and timely service I received. Jamie did an outstanding job on my Lexus.

Matt was great. He made sure i was updated daily and took care of everything in a timely manner.

I am missing a cap in one of the wheel covers but agent is supposed to be getting it for me. He was very helpful and nice. Vehicle looks great.

I was told my car would be ready on Friday the 18th. I received daily updates via text messages up to Thursday. Then no updates until Wednesday saying my car was ready. I understand that delays happen. I just wanted to be informed. The car looks great! And other than that I’m happy with the work they did.

Dave demonstrated excellent customer service and kept me informed on my car's status.
