Many thanks to Service King and their employees, especially Ruben Munoz for the tremendous work they performed in getting me back on the road after an unfortunate accident. They made it easy to drop of my car for repair, they provided me with an estimated cost of repair, and they worked quickly with the insurance company to ensure everything was repaired properly.
I also appreciate that they called me several times to update me on the progress and when they delivered the vehicle back to me, it was fully repaired and very clean.
Another big plus was having a rental care agency on site which made the transition effortless from turning in my damaged vehicle, to driving away in a rental.
I recommend Service King enthusiastically to anyone needing collision damage repaired.

Poor reception. When I walked in no one greeted me even though there were two ladies sitting at the desk. I was not told the plan, how long it would take my car to get fixed what I needed to do. Both dropping off my car and in picking it up (my husband picked it up),we were directed to rental services before our transactions with service king was completed (signing/paying). My husband was given the keys and shown the car the door was even held open for him indicating that he could leave only to be called shortly after saying the he “just took off and didn’t pay.” He There was very little communication in person. The car was fixed well though, so nothing wrong with the actual service. Just lack of communication and reception.

After picking my Tahoe up yesterday and driving home an alert came on indicating there was no oil in the truck and to stop the engine. Prior to the accident this alert was not present and this truck is used for everyday use. I drive this truck weekly to downtown Dallas and no vehicle can be driven with no oil. I drove the truck home due to my proximity to your location and my inability to easily turn around and go back to your location from the service road. I called service King to make them aware of the issue but they were closing for the day. The option I was given was to drop the truck off and when they opened on Monday they would take s look at it but I would not be able to get a rental because Enterprise had closed. When asked how could this happen Jamie indicated since I was just hit on the side then it’s possible that it’s not something that would normally be checked. I advised I don’t know if all the damage that occurred during the accident was cosmetic but it’s impossible to drive a car with no oil. I don’t expect a free tune up but I would expect a check of fluids they may have been impacted by the accident. Unfortunately, I did not readily have oil in my truck or garage nor do I have a spare vehicle. I am unsure what happened to the truck resulting in no oil being in it. Again this was not the case prior to the accident. I have not done anything but park the truck in the driveway at this point in hopes Monday someone will follow up with me.
