Mark Lowe was a fabulous service advisor. He could not have been better. You should give him a raise and a bonus. He gave me a bottle of touch up paint and a 25 gas card. I love that Service King has ovens that bake the paint and gives a lifetime warranty. My car was ready in a very reasonable amount of time, and you agreed with Allstate's estimate. I chose this location because it had an Enterprise rental center. I am singing the praises of Service King to anyone that will listen. Recently, I had a bad experience at Lute Riley Honda. I do not know how they stay in business. I feel like they are a bunch of crooks, and they keep reinforcing that opinion. They told me my sister's car would be ready in 5 days for 800. At 5 days, they had not even started on the car. When it was ready, the price was 1300. Their response was why do you care, State Farm paid it. My insurance will now be higher for 3 years because the cost was not under 1000. I waited on their shuttle car at the body shop, but they said it was **** at their service center.

****. The repair tape and paper covering for inside the gas cap chamber was left in place.
2. The turn signal bulb and chamber was not properly put back into place causing and alert to go off when you engaged the turn signal.
3. There are dust particles in the paint surface and it needs to be rebuffed.
Customer Service was excellent is the only positive.
