Mark Lowe was great to work with! We we're kept up to date on all the repairs and when the car was done. He is a very upbeat guy, very genuine and personable! A joy to work with in sometimes a not so fun thing to do (having your car in the shop). Would recommend Service King to do body work and would have them ask for Mark.

They were amazing!!!! Wyatt at the southwest Plano location was looking after the progress on my car and was always updating me on everything! The entire team was amazing! My family has always taken our cars to service king and we have always had the most amazing service! Thank you to everyone that put up with me when I was worrying about my car every 2 seconds! I got my car back on my birthday today and walking in to get it felt like a family atmosphere in there!! Was so awesome!!! Tim my service advisor was absolutely incredible. He was attentive, kind and when he said he would do something he did. I wold definitely recommend Tim @ the Plano west location.
As far as my car it looked great. The new paint and muffler looks good and I'm very happy with how fast the work got done.
