I didn't like the surprise of finding out my headlights looked drastically different and no calling me to ask if I would like to replace the other one.
I didn't like the service advisor pretty much begging for a 10 and offering to give me a starbucks card to get a 10.
I still haven't received a quote on replacing the other headlight.
I had to wait a long time when I came to get my car.

Poor paint job left several rough spots that need to be smoothed out. The car was not allowed enough time to air out the paint smell which smells so strongly like paint thinner. This is the second time that I have had a bad experience. I had another car repaired at the same Service King location many years ago, and I was not happy about the paint job which left a strong smell when I picked up my car.
