I came in with a damaged bumper due to being rear ended. The representative told me it should be an easy patch job that would be relatively cheap. Then I showed him the estimated cost of repair from the insurance company that included a NEW BUMPER. He then said they left a lot of things out and it would cost more. It was my understanding that I would get either the new bumper, or a cheap repair job (hey, I could save a little money and not be in the hole 75 dollars for the car rental). Instead, He adusted their cost of repair to match the estimate which was supposed to be for a NEW BUMPER. In the end, I received a below average repair job (top of bumper is ripply, and the whole bumper is not the same white as the rest of the car), and all of this for what was supposed to be the cost of a NEW BUMPER, which is what I thought I was getting while I was waiting. I even sent him an email asking him if it would be costing more, because if so, I would need to contact the insurance company and inform them that they did not give me enough money for the new bumper. I talked to him on the phone during the repair time and he said he got my email (didn't reply) and that he had to adjust the price and do the patch job to get my car out to me quicker. Okay, now I know I'm getting a REALLY expensive patch job - this doesn't seem right. When I confronted him about it afterwards, he kept giving me the run around and obviously didn't want to make it right, even after I explained all of this to him. He even told me that the insurance company would NOT work with me for the extra money to fix the bumper (they told me the opposite). ?? Still unsure what to do from this point. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED.

There was 900 increase on the estimate. I was not aware of the change. No notification. Nothing. The advisor left for the day which was literally 5 mins after he told me to pick up the car. Mind u he could have said something on the phone. When i paid the deductible, no one mention any change. Im not sure if they sould be privy to that information but he had left a note for them to tell me that would have been nice. My issue is the headlight that was replace only needed the bezel and the entire lamp. Unnecessary part replacement.
This is my second bad experience with service king center. Its a guarantee no i will not use again. I feel like i have been ripoff again. Lost customer for poor communication.
