Matt was very helpful from start to finish. He was extremely friendly, kept me updated on the progress of my repair on an extremely frequent basis, and the attention to detail as far as the repair itself was second to none. If ever I need a repair in the future, Service King is now the only place I'll go.

The customer service rep was in such a hurry to check me out she didn’t check the contract for my deductible. I told her she was wrong and to not run my card at the amount she had entered but she appeared truly in a hurry and unconcerned. She was busy talking to someone else and paid no attention to me. Running the wrong amount on my debit card depleted all my grocery funds left from my rent check. It seems such a small thing but had she listened to me and been more patient and service oriented she would not have made the mistake that she made and she would not have inconvenienced me. Poor customer contact and complete oblivious unconcern
