I had put my vehicle in at the Plano location and I was an uninsured motorist claim through my insurance. The repairs that were needed to be done were for the front and rear bumper. It took 3 weeks to get my car back. Which I picked up yesterday. The front bumper looks horrible and and the back bottom piece to the rear bumper was ordered 4 times and none of the parts fit. The communication overall was horrible. My wife had to physically go in person to the location to even get an update. Phone calls and messages left with no return phone call. Overall, I’m not happy with the repairs or the customer service aspect.

The repairs on my truck were great along with the communication of the process. When I got into my truck my driver seat, arm rest, and driver side of center console was all dusty and dirty. Other than that everything was great. Maybe plastic seat covers for black interiors?
